MelSa Minutes is a confidential and impartial minute taking service for corporate and legal organisations that carry out important and/or sensitive meetings.

Live minutes can be taken either remotely via video conferencing software or in person (at a safe distance!) across London and Hertfordshire.

Some examples of the types of meetings that can be covered include:

  • Board & trustee meetings
  • Strategy sessions
  • Meetings prior to legal proceedings 
  • Corporate presentations
  • Committee meetings
  • HR meetings
  • Conference calls
  • Any ‘contentious’ meetings

All bookings are covered by confidentiality clauses and, as a registered data controller with the Information Commissioner’s Office, MelSa Productivity is also held to account for protecting your confidential data.

Where necessary and appropriate, a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) may also be signed.

  • Pre-planning and preparation, including the collation of templates and any relevant accompanying documents
  • Attendance of the meeting in person or remotely, where appropriate
  • 48-hour turnaround for the final draft of the minutes (first draft within 24 hours) produced in your preferred style
  • Any revisions required for the final draft (subject to approval from the Chair of the meeting)

How to Book & Fees

The fee for this service is £50+VAT per hour

To proceed with a booking, you will need to pay a £50+VAT deposit to hold your chosen time; the amount will then be settled against your final balance once the service is complete.

This deposit is to be paid securely by debit or credit card (via Stripe) within the booking portal below. If your booking will be longer than the 1 hour slot allotted within the booking portal, please send an email once you have completed the transaction.

Please also note that you will need to allow for the additional finishing time after the meeting for editing and formatting (usually 1-1.5x the length of the meeting, depending on complexity).
